Container Lashing Equipment

Container lashing equipment – also referred to as container fittings – is used to stack and secure shipping containers or structural constructions. Navacqs offers a complete range, including twist locks, corner castings, lashing eyes, and straps. Technical drawings are available for every product, often including 3D files.

Container twistlock

Twist locks are used to safely stack or anchor containers. For vertical locking, the Intermediate Twist Lock IF-51 and Semi-Automatic Twist Lock IF-56 are suitable options. For securing containers from the ground or deck, the Dovetail Twist Lock BF-11 is ideal – also available with a matching baseplate. For horizontal locking, adjustable Bridge Fittings are available in two sizes.

Corner castings

Navacqs supplies certified corner castings for both containers and custom constructions. These castings can replace existing ones or be used in new builds. A full set consists of eight pieces: four upper and four lower corner castings.

Cargo lashing belt

To secure cargo inside or on top of containers, Navacqs offers various lashing straps. These belts are suitable for a wide range of transport and logistics applications and ensure stability during movement or storage.

Lashing eyes

Lashing eyes are multifunctional attachment points for securing container structures. They are supplied as standard with a welding cap and available in versions with a breaking strength ranging from 4 to 50 tons.
