Container Lashing Equipment

Container lashing equipment, also known as container fittings, is used for stacking and securing shipping containers or structures. Navacqs supplies a complete range, including twist locks, corner castings, lashing eyes and lashing straps. Technical drawings are available for each product, often also in 3D.

Container twist locks

Twist locks are used for the safe stacking or securing of containers. For vertical connections, the Intermediate Twist Lock IF 51 and Semi Automatic Twist Lock IF 55 are suitable. If you need to secure containers from the ground or deck, the Dovetail Twist Lock BF 11 offers a solution. This product is also available with a matching base plate. For horizontal connections, adjustable bridge fittings are available in two sizes.

Corner castings

Navacqs supplies certified corner castings for containers and custom constructions. These can replace existing corner castings or be used in new build projects. A complete set consists of eight parts, four top and four bottom corner castings.

Container lashing eyes

Lashing eyes are multifunctional securing points for container constructions. They are supplied with a welding cap as standard and are available in versions with a breaking strength from 4 to 50 tonnes.
