About metal seals

The Metal Seals are one of the strongest seals in the Navacqs range. Despite the high breaking strength of the seals, they can be easily sealed by hand. Nippers are required to remove the seals.

Every seal unique

To prevent fraud, each seal is provided with a unique imprint in combination with a unique ascending numbering. This ensures that every Metal Seal is unique. Both Navacqs and the manufacturer guarantee that every seal is unique.

High-quality materials

As the name implies, the seals are made of metal. Due to this material choice, the Metal Seals have a high breaking strength. Both the Tyden Ball Seal and the Metal Flat End Seal are made of galvanized steel and are therefore resistant to extreme weather conditions. The Twist Seal falls within this category, because the seal is provided with a plasticized steel wire. This makes the seal extra strong and, like the other Metal Seals, resistant to extreme weather conditions.

Strong seals

The metal seals have a high breaking strength. The average breaking strength of this type of seal is approximately 50 kg. This prevents the seals from being broken by hand and requires pliers to remove the seals. This provides an extra layer of security and can prevent fraud and theft. No tools are required to apply the seals. The Metal Seals can be easily applied and sealed by hand

Specific uses

The Metal Seals are suitable for a number of applications. For example, the Metal Flat End Seal and the Tyden Ball Seal are suitable for sealing TIR lines. In addition, the Tyden Ball Seal is customs approved and therefore suitable for sealing customs applications. For example, containers suitable for transit to other countries can be sealed with the Tyden Ball Seal. The Twist Seal from Navacqs is extremely suitable for sealing gas, water and electricity meters (in consultation with the network operator) and is an excellent alternative to sealing with traditional seal lead and sealing wire.

Your own logo

The Metal Seals are supplied from stock with a standard print in combination with a unique ascending numbering. In addition to the stock product, it is also possible to personalize the seal.
