The Extin 2 is suitable for the locking pin of a fire extinguisher. Due to its thin seal tail of only 1.6 mm, sealing is easy. In an emergency situation, the plastic tail is of course very easy to break. Each Extin 2 stamp is provided with a unique number in combination with the text imprint “SEALED”. For example, it is possible to register the sealing of each individual extinguisher in the administration.

Thanks to its unique design and choice of materials, the Extin 2 Fire Extinguisher Seal is extremely suitable for sealing the locking pins of fire extinguishers. The seal tail fits exactly through the opening of the locking pin. The fire extinguisher can only be used when the locking pin is pulled out of the handle. To remove the locking pin, the seal must be broken.

Fire extinguishers are sealed to ensure quality and operation. Every year fire extinguishers are checked at various points by certified companies. When the fire extinguishers are approved, the locking pins are sealed. This makes it immediately visible whether the extinguisher has been checked and is ready for use.

The Extin 2 Fire Extinguisher Seal has a thin seal tail measuring only 1.6mm in diameter. This makes the seal unique in its kind. The thin seal tail also has a major influence on the breaking strength of the seal. This makes this seal suitable, in addition to sealing a fire extinguisher, for sealing objects with a narrow opening. Fitting is easy and the seal is easy to break.

Indicative seal made of Polypropylene

The seal is made of high quality Polypropylene (PP). The material is temperature resistant. The Extin 2 can withstand temperatures from -40 to +80 degrees Celsius. Once placed on the locking pin, the seal has a long life. The Extin 2 Seal falls under the category of indicative seals due to its low breaking strength.

Provided with one-off unique imprint and ascending numbering

The Extin 2 Seal has a unique print. From stock, the seal is provided with the text “SEALED” in combination with a unique ascending numbering. Both Navacqs and the manufacturer ensure that each combination is only produced once. If desired, the numbering can be registered when sealing to further prevent fraud and manipulation.

In addition to the stock product, it is possible to provide the Extin 2 Fire Extinguisher Sealing with its own imprint. For example in the form of your own company name or logo.
