The Mini Seal 140 is especially for sealing the locking pin of a fire extinguisher. The very thin seal tail with a diameter of 1.7 mm is easy to thread through the opening. The seal has no numbering or other printing as is the case with the comparable Extin 2. Due to the narrow diameter, the seal has a low breaking strength of only 2 kg. This ensures the Mini Seal 140 can easily be broken by hand in an emergency. The small seal is available from stock in three striking colors: red, yellow, and green. It is possible to print a personalized print on the large flag of the Mini Seal. This is from 1,000 pieces.

Easy to break in an emergency (only 2 kg breaking strength)

The Mini Seal has been specifically developed to be easily broken in emergencies. For that reason, the seal has a thin tail with a breaking strength of only 2 kg. This makes the Mini Seal the seal with the lowest breaking strength in the Navacqs range. The Mini Seal 140 can be compared to the Extin 2 Seal. However, the Extin 2 has a slightly higher breaking strength of 6 kg.

Extra thin seal tail with 1.7mm diameter

The Mini Seal 140 has a thin seal tail of just 1.6mm in diameter. This is one of the unique properties of the seal. The thin seal tail also significantly influences the breaking strength of the seal. This makes this seal suitable for sealing a fire extinguisher, sealing objects with a narrow opening. Fitting is easy and the seal is easy to break.

Thanks to its unique design and choice of materials, the Mini Seal is primarily suitable for sealing fire extinguisher locking pins. The seal tail fits easily through the opening of the locking pin. The fire extinguisher can only be used when the locking pin is pulled out of the handle. Pulling out the locking pin will cause the seal to break.

The extinguishers are sealed to ensure quality and operation. Every year, a certified company checks an extinguisher on various points. When the fire extinguishers are approved, the locking pin is sealed. This makes it immediately visible whether the extinguisher has been checked and is ready for use in an emergency.

With a large flag of 25 mm x 20 mm

Despite the small size of the seal, the Mini Seal has a relatively large flag. This makes the seal visible. From a distance, it is easy to see whether the seal has been properly applied and is intact. In addition to visibility, the large flag has the advantage that there is room for an imprint. This can be, for example, a logo or company name. This way it is quickly possible to identify the inspection authority that supervises and monitors the fire prevention policy.

The Mini Seal is delivered from stock in the colors green, yellow, and red. The Mini Seal does not have a unique imprint and numbering compared to other seals. The seal is used as an indication.
