The One Piece Seal (OPS Seal) is a straightforward seal made from one part polyethylene (HDPE). This cost-effective seal is quick to break in an emergency. Easy to break by hand, cost-effective seal

The One Piece Seal is a light-indicative seal that can easily be broken by hand. In emergencies, the seal can therefore be broken by anyone. Thanks to the simple and optimized production process, the One Piece Seal is cost-effective.

Minimalist one-piece plastic design with 2.3mm thin seal tail

The seal is made from only one piece of plastic. The closing mechanism is also made of the same type of plastic. Many other seals have a closing mechanism made of stainless steel or Acetal (Delrin®). The advantage of choosing one-part production is that production costs are lower. The result is a qualitative seal with a relatively low breaking strength of 6 kg. Seals with a stainless steel closure or Acetal in many cases have a higher breaking strength, for example, the Medium Duty Pull Tight Seal or Universal Seal ).

The One Piece Seal’s serrated seal tail has a thin diameter of 2.3, measured at the widest part of the serrated tail. This makes the seal one of the thinnest seals. The thin sealing line also has a great effect on the low-breaking strength of the seal

The One Piece Seal is made of high-quality polyethylene with a high density (abbreviated to HDPE). This material is resistant to chemicals. The material is also temperature resistant. The One Piece Seal fulfills its function in temperatures from -40 to +80 degrees Celsius. The material Polyethylene has a high rigidity. The design and thin diameter make the material flexible and bendable. Sealing is easy, even when space is limited.

Suitable for sealing, among other things, medical equipment

The One Piece Seal is suitable for applications where the seal must be easily broken in emergencies. For example, the seal can be used to seal medical equipment, such as AEDs. Also sealing crash cars with medical supplies is possible with the One Piece Seal.

In addition to sealing medical equipment, the One Piece Seal is also suitable for other applications. For example, flight cases can be easily sealed with the seal.

Provided with a one-off unique imprint and ascending numbering

The One Piece Seal has a unique print. The seal is supplied from stock with the text “OPS 9 SEALED”. This is in combination with a unique ascending numbering. Navacqs and the seal manufacturer ensure that each combination is only produced once. In combination with good registration, this helps to prevent fraud and manipulation.
