The Light Duty Pull Tight Seal (LPT) is very similar to the MPT , but has a thinner diameter. This makes it possible to break the seal by hand. For example in case of an emergency. Due to its low breaking strength, the Light Duty Pull Tight Seal is a versatile plastic seal suitable for various applications, such as: medical equipment and first aid kits. The seal is easy to install by hand. The Light Duty Pull Tight Seal has a unique print and unique ascending numbering on each seal.

Easy to break by hand (in emergency situations) thanks to low breaking strength

The Light Duty Pull Tight Seal is a seal with a low breaking strength. The plastic tail can easily be removed by adults and children in case of emergency. The LPT Seal falls under the category indicative seals of Navacqs and can be compared to the One Piece Seal (OPS) . The difference between these two seals is the insert and the thickness of the seal. This makes the Light Duty Pull Tight Seal slightly stronger. In addition, thanks to the design choices, the LPT has a better quality finish compared to the  OPS .

Thin seal tail with a diameter of 2.5 mm and 7 kg breaking strength

The diameter of the Light Duty Pull Tight Seal is 2.5 mm and is therefore extra flexible. Despite the strong plastic closing mechanism and the choice of material (PE), the Light Duty Pull Tight Seal has a low breaking strength of 7 kg. This is due to the relatively thin diameter of the seal.

Insert with patented Delrin® plastic

Many plastic seals have a special part to reliably close the seal. The Light Duty Pull Tight Seal has a plastic insert made from Delrin®, a very high quality patented type of plastic. Delrin® is made from acetal (Polyoxymethylene POM) and is used as an alternative to metal and stainless steel. The patented material is very durable and has a high temperature resistance from -40 to +120 degrees Celsius.

Light indicative seal made of HDPE (Polyethylene)

This Security Seal is made of high-density polyethylene (abbreviated to HDPE). This type of plastic is ideal for sealing because of its temperature resistance. The Light Duty Pull Tight Seal is resistant to temperatures from -40 to +80 degrees Celsius. In addition, this type of Polyethylene has a high rigidity and a reliable breaking strength. Despite its rigidity, the material is still flexible and bendable. This makes sealing the Light Duty Pull Tight Seal very easy.

Suitable for sealing, among other things, AEDs, First Aid kits and Medical Equipment

This extremely reliable seal is suitable for applications where a low breaking strength is critical. Thanks to the unique material properties and the further developed design, the Light Duty Pull Tight Seal is suitable for sealing, among other things, AEDs and Medical equipment. Due to the low breaking strength, the seal can easily be pulled off by hand.

The seal is also suitable for sealing first aid kits. After filling or checking, first aid kits are sealed. This makes it immediately visible whether the first aid kit is complete for use thanks to the striking seal. In case of calamities, the seal can easily be broken by hand, so the contents of the first aid kit are immediately available. First aid kits without a seal may have been opened in between, making the contents incomplete.

Provided with one-off unique imprint and ascending numbering

The Light Duty Pull Tight Seal has a unique print. For example, the seal is provided with the text “LPT 10 SEALED”. This in combination with a unique ascending numbering. Both Navacqs and the manufacturer ensure that each combination is only produced once. This can prevent fraud and manipulation.
