The layers are fabricated so the text “VOID / OPEN” appears when the label is removed. Sticking back the seal is not possible without any traces. This type of safety label is suitable for sealing single-use packaging. The Security Labels are available on rolls of 250 pieces. These security labels are available from stock in 3 sizes, namely: 19 mm x 50 mm, 19 mm x 100 mm and 30 mm x 78 mm. Each label is printed with a unique and consecutive number.

Leaves an indelible anti-faude layer on the surface

The Security Labels TT-84 are specifically designed to prevent fraud. The label consists of two layers that are together with a specially developed acrylic adhesive. The labels must be stuck on a clean surface. After some time (15-20 minutes), removal without traces is no longer possible. This both in the label and on the surface.

When removed, the two layers separate from each other. This creates a visible message in the label that the label has been opened. The text “OPEN / VOID” is clearly visible. Once the two layers have been separated from each other, it is no longer possible to stick them back. This makes fraud impossible.

The Security Labels TT-84 belongs to the so-called Total-Transfer labels. This means that the security labels leave an anti-fraud layer on the surface after removal. This layer is virtually impossible to remove from the substrate. There are also safety labels that do not leave an indelible layer on the surface. The Security Labels ZT-88 are an example of this.

Suitable for, among other things, paper, (hard) plastics and cardboard

Given their unique product properties, Security Labels TT-84 are suitable for sealing cardboard boxes, among other things, but also for products made of (hard) plastic. The layer of the safety label below remains on the surface. The adhesive is so strong that the top layer of the label comes off when removed. This creates a message in both layers of the security label.

Temperature resistance from -10 ° C to + 40 ° C

The Security Labels have a wide temperature resistance thanks to the high-quality materials. For example, the labels can be used in environments up to -10 degrees Celsius. The labels can also be used in warm conditions. The labels are guaranteed to continue to work up to +40 degrees Celsius. For an even higher temperature resistance, we recommend the Label Lock High Residue labels. These labels have a resistance of -30 to +70 degrees Celsius.

Sealing boxes, (hard) plastics and envelopes

Given their unique product properties, Security Labels TT-84 are suitable for sealing cardboard boxes, as well as products made of plastic and paper, among others. Valuable goods can be safely sealed with the security labels. The content in the box or envelop can not be opened without a visible damage to the labels. Therefore fraud, damage and theft can be prevented. In addition to valuable goods, the TT-84 is also suitable for packaging a medical products.

The TT-84 can also be used on paper materials. This allows envelopes to be sealed with the labels. Valuable documents and files can therefore be sent safely. Opening without visible damage is not possible.

Provided with one-off unique imprint and ascending numbering

The Security Labels TT-84 have a unique print. From stock, the seal is printed with the text “SEALED DO NOT REMOVE” in combination with a unique consecutive numbering.
