Set Sealing Plier + Sealing Wire + Lead Seals

For ease of use, Navacqs has put together a convenient set for sealing with sealing wire and lead seals. This set contains the essential products required to get started.

The Sealing Plier NZT-1P

The Sealing Plier NZT-1P is included in this set, as it is an indispensable tool for crimping the lead seal. This sealing plier is equipped with a blank upper and lower die with a diameter of 10 mm or 12 mm, depending on your preference. It is also possible to engrave the dies with a text or logo. When using an engraved sealing plier, the (plastic) lead seals are marked with an imprint during crimping. This creates a unique and tamper-evident seal.

The Sealing Wire

The Sealing Wire 50/30 100m is also part of this set. This sealing wire consists of two galvanized steel wires. The core wire has a diameter of 0.5 mm. A second wire with a diameter of 0.3 mm is twisted around it to provide extra grip within the lead seal. The sealing wire is supplied on a 100-meter spool, allowing you to cut any desired length.

The Lead Seals

Finally, the lead seals are included in this set. These lead seals are made of lead and have a diameter of 8 mm or 10 mm. Only minimal force is required to crimp this relatively soft metal around the twisted sealing wire. The seals are available in two sizes: the commonly used 8 mm version and the larger 10 mm variant. These lead seals are suitable for sealing meters and drums. The lead seals are supplied in bags. Ø 8 mm: 525 pieces. Ø 10 mm: 350 pieces.
