The Plastic Truck Seal is the strongest fixed-length seal (28 Kg) in the Navacqs range. The seal has a fixed usage length and is easy to seal by hand. The Plastic Truck Seal is suitable for sealing a truck or empty container. Due to the relatively wide diameter, this strong seal is not suitable for a TIR line, as is the case with the narrower Sydex Seal 215 and the Smartlock Seal 270. From stock, the seal is provided with the text “PTS SEALED” in combination with a unique ascending numbering. In addition to the stock product, it is possible to provide the Plastic Truck Seal with its imprint.

Strongest plastic band seal with a breaking strength of 28 kg

The Plastic Truck Seal is the strongest plastic fixed-length seal in the Navacqs range. Thanks to the use of robust materials and a well-thought-out design, this seal achieves a breaking strength of  28 kg. As a result, the seal can hardly be broken by hand. The band has a width of 10 mm. A similar seal, the Bulltip Seal 210, has a width of 7.5 mm.

The specially designed closing mechanism, also known as the “insert”, also contributes to the breaking strength. The Plastic Truck Seal has an Acetal insert. This extremely strong type of plastic is used as an alternative to metal.

Easy to use; can be sealed by hand

In addition to safety, user-friendliness has also been considered when designing the Plastic Truck Seal. This makes it easy to seal the seal by hand. There is a specially designed cone at the end of the strap that can easily be clicked into the closing mechanism. When the seal clicks, an opening is no longer possible. The click also confirms that the Plastic Truck Seal has been properly sealed.

Indicative seals made of HDPE

The Plastic Truck Seal is made of high-quality Polyethylene with a high density (abbreviated to HDPE). The material can withstand a large number of chemicals. In addition, HDPE is temperature resistant. The Plastic Truck Seal is resistant to temperatures from -40 to +80 degrees Celsius. This type of Polyethylene also has a high stiffness and is therefore extra strong. Despite its rigidity, the material is still flexible and bendable. This makes sealing the PTS Seal simple and fast.

Suitable for sealing, among other things, trucks and train wagons

The Plastic Truck Seal is suitable for sealing a truck or empty container. The band of the seal fits easily through the lock of a door. The fixed length has the advantage that there is always play to prevent peak loads. The combination with the high breaking strength ensures a solid closure of every cargo area. Train wagons can also be sealed with the robust Plastic Truck Seal. Because the band is wider, this seal is stronger, but it is not suitable for sealing a TIR line.

Seals on the back of a truck are subject to many weather influences. The Plastic Truck Seal is resistant to temperature influences and moisture. This also makes the seal ideal for sealing trucks, rail cars, and other outdoor applications.

Provided with a one-off unique imprint and ascending numbering

The Plastic Truck Seal has a unique print. From stock, the seal is provided with the text “PTS SEALED” in combination with a unique ascending numbering. Both Navacqs and the manufacturer ensure that each combination is only produced once. Because every stamp is unique, it can help to prevent fraud and manipulation or to notice it in time.
