The Smartlock Seal 270 is a fixed length seal with a fixed usage length. It is a suitable for sealing a truck TIR line. For extra safety, the end of the seal is fitted with a specially designed indicator. Only when the seal has been properly sealed, this indicator be visible on the back of the closing mechanism. The Smartlock Seal 270 has a unique imprint from stock. In addition to the product from stock, it is possible to provide the seal with its own imprint.
Imprint easy to read thanks to large flag
The Smartlock Seal 270 has a large flag (label on the end) compared to other seals in this category. This flag has the unique feature of the seal printed on it. The imprint can be read immediately, at a glance. With other seals, such as the Sydex Seal 215 , the printing is spread over the band of the seal. This makes reading the printing on the seal a bit more difficult.
Quickly see if the seal is closed correctly by indicator
For extra safety, the end of the Smartlock Seal 270 is fitted with a specially designed indicator. Only when the seal is properly sealed will this indicator be visible on the back of the closing mechanism. This indicator is a small pin that protrudes through the locking mechanism.
Made from high quality Polypropylene; resistant to extreme weather
The Smartlock Seal 270 is made of durable Polyethylene. The material is resistant to chemicals. The material is also temperature resistant. The seal is resistant to temperatures from -40 to +80 degrees Celsius. This type of Polyethylene has a high stiffness and is therefore extra strong. Despite its rigidity, the material is still flexible and bendable. This makes sealing the Smartlock Seal easier.
Suitable for sealing TIR lines and trucks
The Smartlock Seal 270 is suitable for sealing trucks. The seal is easy to close by hand and fits any standard lock. The Smartlock Seal 270 is also suitable for sealing TIR lines on trucks. The thin seal tail of only 6 mm fits easily through the ends of the TIR lines.
Provided with one-off unique imprint and ascending numbering
The Smartlock Seal 270 has a unique imprint. Each song is produced only once. The seal also has a unique print on each seal from stock. Both Navacqs and the manufacturer ensure that each combination is only produced once. This can prevent fraud and manipulation.
