1,200 mm x 1,800 mm: Wide, Tall Dunnage Bag for Extra Stability

With a length of 1,800 mm and a width of 1,200 mm, the CargoPlus 1218 Dunnage Bag Level 1 is ideal for stabilizing pallets longitudinally. This size is tailored for Euro pallets, which are 1,200 mm long, providing comprehensive cargo support. The 1,800 mm height adds extra stability for tall stacked pallets. For exceptionally high loads, the CargoPlus 1221 Dunnage Bag Level 1 offers an even longer size of 2,100 mm.

Fill up to a maximum of 55 cm gap

The CargoPlus 1218 Dunnage Bag Level 1 is designed to fill spaces between 35 and 55 cm, such as gaps between pallets or between pallets and container walls. Its large size allows for easy placement and on-site inflation. For narrower gaps of up to 35 cm, smaller models such as the CargoPlus 912 and 918 are more suitable.

Can be reused 2 to 3 times

The CargoPlus 1218 Dunnage Bag Level 1 features a valve that allows for quick and easy air inflation and deflation. This makes the bag reusable, provided it is checked for damage before each use to ensure optimal lifespan.

Manufactured from 2 Layers (Polypropylene/Polyethylene)

The bag is made with a strong polypropylene outer layer and an airtight polyethylene inner layer. The outer layer (85 g/m²) provides durability and tear resistance, while the inner layer (72 microns) ensures airtightness, even during long transports. This combination offers maximum pressure resistance of 0.55 bar, making the CargoPlus 1218 Dunnage Bag Level 1 suitable for heavy-duty use.

Cargo Air Gun Required (Not Included)

Filling the CargoPlus 1218 requires a specialized Cargo Air Gun, designed for precise pressure control. The built-in pressure relief valve prevents overinflation, ensuring the safety of both the cargo and the container. The air gun can be easily connected to a compressor with a standard ¼” coupling. For intensive use, a compressor with 2-4 HP and a capacity of 500 liters/min is recommended.
